There’s suddenly so many options you need to think about. How to get the word out…is social media best - and which platform? 

What about networking and word of mouth? Maybe local workshops are the way forward?  

And there’s creating content for social media.  You didn’t choose to become a health practitioner to be come a content creator as well. When you trained as a nutritionist or health practitioner, I bet you never thought you'd be spending so much time trying to get to grips with social media, websites, software and tech you never knew you needed?!  

You seem to spend hours working out the best ways of marketing your business with little reward. It’s exhausting.  

Everyone says you need to post on social and so you so. But you get little back. It just seems like a waste of time and you feel like you don’t really know what you’re doing. 

 Are you even going to be able to make any money doing this?  I feel you. That was me 10 years ago.  

But today, social media and email marketing ARE essential for growing a thriving practice. But it doesn't have to be complicated.  Instagram became a lead generator for my business and alongside other software, has been integral to the success of my clinic.  

But I didn't do it alone. I knew I needed to get to grips with the right tech and the right ways of using it.
